The basic conditions for the development of education and the quality of teaching.Balanced allocation of urban and rural education resources,promote the integration of urban and rural construction,but also promote the education fair.School sports resources is the basic premise to ensure the normal development and smooth development of physical education teaching.This article through the literature material method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,expert interviews and other research methods of Xi'an urban and rural junior high school physical education resources and balanced distribution of the status of the investigation and study.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There are great differences in sports resources between urban and rural middle schools in Xi'an.The study of the allocation of sports education resources is of great significance to the development of education equality in urban and rural areas in Xi'an.(2)Xi'an urban and rural junior high school in the field equipment resources,urban junior high school material resources than rural junior high school rich.(3)Xi'an city urban and rural junior middle school teacher resources,teachers' title is generally low,the title structure distribution is not scientific,the city sports teachers in quality and skills,participate in business training frequency are better than the rural coach,salary is significantly improved in rural schools.(4)The urban and rural junior middle schools in Xi'an are all equipped with modern teaching facilities in sports,education,information resources and urban junior high school,while the modern information resources in rural junior middle schools are relatively backward.(5)In school physical education curriculum content resources,the urban junior high school in the selection of teaching materials,teaching content of diversity and advanced are superior to rural junior high school.(6)Causes differences in middle school sports resources in urban and rural areas of Xi'an city are: is the source of two yuan in urban and rural areas of the education system;the imbalance of education idea difference,leader of PE teachers professional level are the factors which influence the differences between urban and rural education.(7)Junior high school physical education resources allocation in urban and rural areas in Xi'an city have balanced path: to adjust the layout of rural schools,balanced urban and rural sports education resources;efforts to increase education funding, promote the education fair;rational allocation of teacher resources construction of equalization of urban and rural teachers;establish the legal safeguard mechanism to ensure balanced allocation of physical education resources.
