On Current Situation Analysis And Strategy Study Of Compulsory Education In Rural Areas In China From Balanced Perspective

Since the central government advocated to build a harmonious society, educationequilibrium problems have raised wide concern in the whole social community. Balanceddevelopment of compulsory education in rural areas is both reflection and extensionof social equity in the field of education; it is an important value proposition ofa harmonious society; it is a key factor in implementing the scientific developmentconcept and building a new socialism-featured new countryside; it also plays animportant fundamental role in China’s economic development, social progress andpeople’s lifelong development. Therefore, to promote the balanced development ofcompulsory education and improve the level of compulsory education development not onlybecome the major task of China’s development of compulsory education, but also remainto be the problems that the government must tackle in the current basic education.
