Research On Sports Development Of Central Primary School In Tianxian Town, Luzhou City Under The Policy Of "balanced Development Of Compulsory Education"

The fairy town of Luzhou City Center Primary School(hereinafter referred to as the fairy town primary school)since 2011 from the implementation of the balanced development of compulsory education,the school with the balanced development of school conditions and the connotation of sports constantly,the qualified rate of students' physical fitness test in 2011 and 2016 has increased year by year,2016 to all qualified,excellent rate of 28%,among the best in rural primary school in Luzhou City,and the city primary school compared the physique test result also be roughly the same.Such achievements can not be separated from the active initiative of the Tian Xian primary school to carry out the balanced development of compulsory education.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the development of the physical education in the primary school of the Tian Xian town,analyze its basic experience and promote its experience.At the same time,through investigation and research,we find out the difficulties existing in the development of sports in Tian Xian primary school,and put forward feasible proposals for solving difficulties according to the actual situation of Tian Xian primary school,so as to provide some references for the balanced development of compulsory education in rural schools.Therefore,this study has some practical significance.This article through the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,comparative analysis,physical education teachers in primary school students,fairy town as the research object,at the same time the use of field surveys and interviews related to the leadership of the fairy town primary school,analysis to draw the following conclusion: the attention of school leaders,venues and equipment to reach the national standard,the development of physical education to the "high quality equilibrium".Second,the implementation of the sunshine sports,the increase of after-school "one hour" sports activities,to promote the balanced development of extracurricular sports activities.Thirdly,through the balanced development of compulsory education and the policy of graduation sports test,the students' physical test results have increased year by year.(4)the number of sports events outside the school is increasing,and the students' interest in taking part in the physical exercise outside the school is strong.Physical education teachers need to improve their professional knowledge,lack the training of the school team and carry out the school sports meeting.Based on the analysis of the experience and difficulties,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)it is suggested to write school-based courses to provide theoretical guidance for physical education.Secondly,it is suggested to increase the opportunities for physical education teachers to go out and make up for the lack of professional knowledge.Thirdly,it is suggested that the organization of extracurricular sports activities should be increased and the school representative team should be set up.(4)the basic experience of physical education in the primary school of Tian Xian town is worth popularizing.
