Research On The Collaborative Innovation Dynamics Mechanism Of "Knowledge Economy Circle"

Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",in order to further promote the innovative development of new technologies and new industries,local governments accelerate the pace of " University-government" cooperation.From the perspective of individual planning and development of the "knowledge economy circle" in Chengdu region,the lack of the necessary dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation leads to the low efficiency of collaborative innovation in the " knowledge economic circle" of universities.Based on the cluster driving theory and self-organization development theory,combined with relevant literature,the paper collects the data of " knowledge economic circle",and uses the case study method to focus on qualitative interviews of the main body of " knowledge economic circle" of SWJTU university.Through a series of analysis,it is considered that the deep-seated reason for the low efficiency of collaborative innovation is that the dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation is not perfect.On this basis,from that point of view of systematic thinking,this paper regards the " knowledge economic circle" as a whole,analyzes the complex interaction relationship between the system and system elements by combining the theory of self-organized theory and cooperative theory.According to the law of system evolution,from the point of view of promoting the development of internal and external power,in order to realize the innovation system development of " knowledge economic circle",this paper constructs the internal and external dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation,and summarizes its operation mechanism and guarantee conditions,Starting from the practical problems of the research object,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis for the construction of the dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation,investigates the practical necessity of its construction,makes an empirical study on its content and operation mechanism,and seeks a solution to the collaborative innovation and development of the " knowledge economic circle" in terms of system and mechanism.
