Since the introduction of MOOC in China,Many colleges and universities actively build MOOC as the representative of the online courses.In recent years,colleges and universities have strengthened the construction of "excellent course",explore the provision of better course resources for learners through the Internet.From the current point of view,excellent course has the advantage of transformation and upgrading to MOOC."Chinese tea ceremony" is the first batch of national quality video open class,it intends to use MOOC this boom to achieve transformation and upgrading,recommend this course to more learners and researchers.This paper analyzes and studies the construction and application of MOOC in "China Tea Ceremony" through a large number of literature review,questionnaire survey,theoretical connection with practice,system research and case analysis.This paper is divided into six chapters,The first chapter is the introduction,based on the "Internet +" era,describes the background and significance of this study,the domestic and foreign MOOC research progress were reviewed for this study to lay a solid foundation;The second chapter mainly expounds the concept and characteristics of MOOC,describes the development process of MOOC,introduces the MOOC platform at home and abroad,and then analyzes MOOC and traditional teaching,discusses the advantages of MOOC teaching,and analyzes the "Chinese tea ceremony" course characteristics and the status of education and teaching,to provide a sufficient theoretical basis for this article;The third chapter comprehensively discusses how to construct the "Chinese tea ceremony" MOOC,and elaborates the whole process of MOOC construction,including platform selection,team formation,teaching design,teaching material development and production and course operation.The fourth chapter describes the whole process of the operation and maintenance of the "China Tea Ceremony" course.Through the comparative analysis of the operation and maintenance of the two courses,it finds out the shortcomings in the maintenance,explores the reasonable solution and improves the course dimensional ability to maintain the normal course,and introduced the promotion methods of this course to promote curriculum publicity;In the fifth chapter,in order to test the teaching quality of this course,we focus on the analysis of the teaching of MOOC in China's tea ceremony,from the following two aspects: First,the use of system background data to analyze the behavior of learners;Second,the use of background data and questionnaire survey results of this course teaching analysis;From the comparative analysis of the two data the results showed that the students withdraw rate has decreased,examination pass rate,excellent rate,forum activity,students' autonomous learning ability is improved,the overall operation of the course is more successful,get high reputation evaluation in students,direct proof of this the teaching of the course to achieve the desired results.The sixth chapter summarizes the innovation of the full text,puts forward some countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of "Chinese tea ceremony" from the quality control,improve the enthusiasm of the students,promote the communication between teachers and students,promotion.
