Nearly two years MOOC in higher education caused a boom, China’s Peking University, tsinghua university and fudan, Shanghai jiaotong university, national Taiwan university and other colleges have to join a global MOOC platform, develop local MOOC and build our own Chinese MOOC platform. MOOC’s short video ways of learning online course has been more and more the favour of learners, our’s universities hope utilize the help of advanced information technology and Chinese MOOC, further balanced high-quality teaching resources, to promote our country’s education fair. And, of course, In the face of MOOC boom, having promotion and applause, there are query and rational objective thinking, we should be look at it in objective and fair’s manner.
