With the process of deepening the new curriculum revolution in our country and the unceasing advancement of education informationization,combined with educational technology and education have become increasingly tight,the capacity of educational technology has become one of the essential ability of teachers.In order to improve the teachers’ educational technology ability,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Standards of Educational Technology ability Training in December 2004(Trial)",at the same time,Along with the issued of "standard",the Ministry of Education launched a "national primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology ability construction project" in April 2005,after a series of teacher educational technology training and information technical training in the country have started.It is undeniable that the training has achieved certain results,but the uniform training of the millions of teachers in primary and middle schools,especially in rural primary and secondary school teachers,not only the existence of long training period,low efficiency problems,but also teaching reality,can not meet the actual needs of teacher training.In order to change the status of training,after investigating the basic status of primary and middle school teachers survey of rural educational technology ability and the content and structure of the training needs of the community,combined with the characteristics of teacher learning under the environment of the mobile Internet,then based on the PHP and MySQL database technology,design and development of a specialized for rural teachers’ educational technology ability training for primary and secondary school community platform,in order to improve the level of teachers’ educational technology ability in rural areas.Teachers’ educational technology ability training community forum takes the forum as core,virtual learning platform based on "basic standard" educational technology ability training of the community is a post and reply,send internal mail,information exchange,classical community and external cloud search,personal space,community login,data backup and the backstage management function.The community is the biggest feature is the support for the mobile phone version of community,the user can not be the limit of time and space,community access through mobile phone browser,the main function of the completion of the theme of browse,join classes,post and reply,search,.Before developing the platform,through the random selection of the class of the summer and winter vacation of Gannan normal university who teach in the rural areas to fill the training community needs analysis questionnaire,as the training community design and development basis.After developing,we organized multiple trial users to use mobile phones and computer access the training community to investigate the training community trial operation effect.And then issued asecond questionnaire to understand the application of training platform.The questionnaire mainly investigates from three leves:the satisfaction of the training platform,the harvest after useing the training community,and the changes in the behavior of the teachers after using the training community.And then,the collected data are analyzed,summarized and summarized.Finally,find out the shortcomings of this study,analyze the current situation and trend of training community of educational technology competence in domestic and overseas,and put forward their own views.
