Since 2004, the Ministry of Education announced the "Educational Technology Competency Standards for Teachers (Trial)" ,it had been all over the country through the "educational information," the opportunity to set off a boom educational technology training for teachers. Studies found that the training so far there were still many deficiencies, such as training methods, training content, training organizations, training, assessment and other issues, in a way that the current educational technology training for teachers still need improvement. I collected the teachers in Guangzhou some feedback on the training, the general reaction of the training arrangements be improved. So, how to solve the problem of the current training needs, this article from the academics on the status of the training analysis and feedback on the training of teachers starting to study the primary and middle schools teachers in the new period of training needs, and training improvements.Firstly, the research that based on relevant papers, discussed on primary and secondary teacher education and technical training around the horizontal and vertical respectively. Horizontally, by gathering a large number of domestic and international consolidation of the literature on teacher training, analyzed the current status of educational technology training and effect on primary and secondary school teachers; vertically, through the literature could found that there were different aspects of the domestic demanded for the training about foreign and domestic technical training in primary and secondary teacher education,and not so many research scholars got involved yet. Secondly, through interviews and questionnaires, found that teachers had some comments on training that focused on computer technology, hoping to reflect the educational technology training for its own characteristics. Again, explored the content for the training system with the demand of training teachers'feedback and educational technology competency standards for teachers that ministry provided. Finally, proposed a point of view about the adaptability of the training needs, and added refinement of training, hoping to offer reference and recommendations for future training work.
