The Effective Integration Of Craftsmen's Spirit Cultivation And The Ideological Political Education About Engineering Students

On March 5,2016,at the 12th national people's congress,premier Li Keqiang of the state Council pointed out in his report on government work:"encourage enterprises to carry out personalized customization and flexible production,and cultivate the spirit of craftsman who strives for perfection."^[1].craftsmen spirit as a professional term for the first time appeared in public.Youth is the hope of the vigorous development of the motherland,if China wants to head the tide of the world,the key is to cultivate a large number of craftsmen spirit of high-tech,high-quality,high-level workers,college students of science and engineering shoulder the burden of China's future development.According to statistics,it is estimated that by 2018,8.2 million graduates will be graduated from colleges and universities nationwide,and the employment of college students is facing an unprecedented complex and severe situation.In order to alleviate the severe employment pressure of college students and accelerate the construction of a socialist modernization power,colleges and universities,especially science and engineering colleges and universities must vigorously carry forward the spirit of craftsmen,cultivate the quality of dedication,meticulous,lay a solid foundation for students to work in the future.This paper starts with the related concepts of craftsman spirit,ideological and political education and cultivation of craftsman spirit,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,theory and practice,combined with the first-hand survey data collected by the author in Shanxi science and engineering colleges and universities,analyzes the status quo of cultivation of craftsmen spirit of science and engineering college students in the statistics of the original data,and summarizes the reasons for its lack,so as to put forward effective countermeasures for cultivation of craftsmen spirit in the ideological and political education of science and engineering college students.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,research purpose,research significance and related literature review at home and abroad.In this part,the ideas of this paper are summarized and the research contents and methods are briefly introduced.The second chapter focuses on the formation background and connotation of craftsmen's spirit;The connotation and function of ideological and political education;The concept and characteristics of science and engineering college students are summarized,clear concept,convenient for the following research and analysis.The third chapter discusses the significance of learning craftsman spirit in the ideological and political education of science and engineering college students.Is conducive to improving the humanities quality of science and engineering college students;It is beneficial to enhance the innovation consciousness of science and engineering college students.Is conducive to accelerating the realization of the great rejuvenation of the"China dream".The fourth chapter combined with the self-designed questionnaire and self-selected interview notes,the cultivation of Shanxi province science and engineering college students craftsmen spirit education status of investigation and analysis,summed up the problems existing in the cultivation of science and engineering college students craftsmen spirit,and the lack of comprehensive analysis of the reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward the effective integration strategy of craftsman spirit and ideological and political education according to the study status of craftsman spirit of science and engineering college students in Shanxi province.
