Research On The Present State And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education For Students In The Independent Colleges Of Science & Engineering Universities

Independent colleges of science and engineering universities is the new army of higher education, it has made important contributions to higher education of china. Rapid development of independent colleges of science and engineering universities in the last decade has made students reached the scale of general science and engineering universities in the school about a quarter of the number of students. Since the establishment of Independent colleges of science and engineering universities relatively late, by the school system, lack of experience, infrastructure is weak, lax management and the teachers in areas such as complex configuration unreasonable conditions, science and engineering work of the Independent Colleges institutions there is relatively number of issues, ideological and political education of students is outstanding on the one hand. Independent Colleges of Polytechnic Institute students how to solve ideological and political problems facing education in the focus of its work. So do the independent Institute of Science and Engineering College of ideological and political education has important theoretical and practical significance. At present, science and engineering colleges for students of Independent Colleges of ideological and political education is not much, and therefore strengthen the research in this area is necessary. And the problem causes is analysed.The reasons are:the students are lacking of humanities, school overemphasis on science and engineering development, neglecting the students of ability of exercise, the work ability of the staff should improve work is lacking of pertinence and job security is insufficient. his article concludes with a response to the current science and engineering college students in independent colleges ideological and political education on the specific measures,changing in the concept of ideological and political education, to create a cultural environment to adapt to the characteristics of the campus for students and broaden the range of ideological and political education,improving the oretical level and the work practice ability of the ideological and political education staff, the students should create a diverse system of ideological and political education, ideological and political education to strengthen the quality of student evaluation mechanism and the security system in six aspects.The study based on the actual use of a survey of data on the curren Independent Colleges of Polytechnic Institute ideological and political education the status of the analysis, and proposed countermeasures, and I hope the actual ideological and political education help.
