The classroom is the mainland of teaching,that is to say it is the main place of teacher's conduction of pedagogical behavior.As we all know that teachers' verbal behavior is the important way to distribute knowledge and standardize the order.And the teachers' scientific and effective verbal behavior are related to learning efficiency directly.In the background of the basis education reform,to study the excellent teachers' verbal behavior may provide reference value for normal teachers.Applying Flanders Interactive Analysis System,and considering the facts of the primary school English classroom teaching,the author analyzes the verbal behavior of the primary school English teachers in functional way,influencing way and reinforced way.On this basis,the author chooses 3 excellent primary school English teachers in M primary school in Xuzhou as the objects of the study,and observes their classroom teaching,makes the records of their verbal behaviors.Then,the author makes the data analysis under the ratio analysis method.From the data support and analysis,the author finds that the verbal behavior of the excellent primary school English teachers have many advantages,for example,they put high emphasize on the positive intensify verbal behavior,control the teachers' verbal behavior consciously,stress on the indirect verbal behavior,guarantee the effectiveness of the verbal behavior,attention to the questionable verbal behavior and make the lecturing verbal behavior flexible.By the daily observation and the intensive communication with the excellent primary school English teachers,the author finds that from the perspective of professional development,the nurturance paths of the excellent primary school English teachers' verbal behavior include thatreflecting the unexpected verbal behavior seriously,taking active part in the classroom observation and assessment which are organized by the teaching and research group in the schools,pay attention to learning and applying the professional theory,and use the excellent lesson cases for reference by different ways.
