The research of teachers' teaching leadership has become a hot topic in the development of mathematics teachers,but the leadership of teacher' classroom instruction has not completely entered the vision of mathematics teachers.In the classroom teaching,the teacher is the leader.With the deeper knowledge and more mature experience,he leads the joint struggle of the student group around the teaching goal.It can be said that the study of the promotion strategy of high school mathematics teachers' classroom teaching leadership is of great significance to the professional growth of the novice teachers.On the basis of Dewey's opinion that “teacher is the classroom leader” and the teaching function opinion that “cause rational desire,lead to good learning habits and acquire rational test",as well as the three aspects of mathematics classroom teaching,the conclusion of three aspects of mathematics teachers' classroom teaching leadership was concluded: the desire forced by new knowledge,the leading force to explore new knowledge,and the judgment of acquiring new knowledge.The thesis carries out a research on the leadership of mathematics teachers' classroom teaching of high school on the basis of the teacher questionnaire and interviews,the results show that the mathematics teachers' classroom teaching leadership is in the middle level,the ability to explore new knowledge is in a higher level,the ability to judge new knowledge is low and the ability to desire new knowledge is in the middle level.There is no difference in gender in teaching leadership in high school mathematics teachers,and there are some differences in teaching age and training times.There are many factors affecting the leadership of high school mathematics teachers in classroom teaching.Firstly,teachers' passion,knowledge,experience,and innovation consciousness make a difference.Secondly,it is affected by the quality and learning habits of students.Thirdly,the school environment and system will alsoinfluence classroom leadership.Considering the factors of teachers' classroom teaching,combining the excellent fragments of teachers and on the basis of three aspects of classroom teaching,some strategies were promoted to enhance the leadership of mathematics teachers in the classroom teaching of high school:(1)the strategy of enhancing the promotion of new knowledge: select the teaching materials creatively;pay attention to the needs of students;master the art of leading in classroom teaching.(2)the strategy of promoting the leading power of new knowledge exploration: tactfully regulate the clues;respect the ideas of the students;master the art of thinking in the classroom.(3)the strategy to improve the evaluation of new knowledge: appropriate and timely evaluation and incentive;show respect to students' opinions;master the art of classroom teaching.
