The article is based on the New Curriculum Standard,and its study objects are maths teachers from No.X Junior Middle School in Guangzhou.The objective of the research is to study the effect of maths teaching in Junior middle school,combining teachers’ leadership with maths in the way of management thinking.After a careful literature review,the author has found out the Junior middle school maths teachers’ teaching leadership model,which includes 4 dimensions and the corresponding 11 leader behaviors.A survey is carried out on this basis,with 15 teachers,180 students and 10 school leaders,which has led to a report on the present situation of leadership of No.X Junior Middle School maths teachers.Some advice has thereby been put forward to improve the teaching leadership.
