With the continuous development of modern education and the enrichment of teachers' roles,the view that teachers are leaders rather than administrators has gradually attracted people's attention.However,at present,the research on teacher leadership mainly stays at the level of philosophical speculation and macro-discussion,and lack of exploration in micro-field.Through combing and browsing the relevant literature,the results show that the features and functions of teacher leadership more concentrated and typical during classroom teaching activities,which are the focused setting of the research.The study combines qualitative and quantitative research methods and takes teachers and students in Y primary school in H city of Anhui Province as the subject of investigation.By investigating and analyzing the current situation and factors of teacher leadership of classroom teaching in this school,the study aims to explore relevant effective paths to improve teacher leadership in classroom teaching.The study divides teacher leadership in classroom teaching into four dimensions:teachers' class preparation ability,teachers' classroom teaching instructing ability,teachers' classroom environment controlling ability and teachers' classroom influence.The results of the quantitative research reveals that teachers in Y primary school show relative weakness in dimensions of classroom teaching instructing and classroom environment controlling.For example,the awareness of cultivating all students' self-learning and self-monitoring is neglected,and the awareness of sharing power with students is not formed.The classroom evaluation lacks individuality and diversification,as well as creating good material and psychological classroom environment,etc.In order to further verify,the study adopted the qualitative research method.The results show that the factors affecting the leadership of the teachers in the classroom mainly include: the pursuit of certain ability,professional skills,charisma,teaching and evaluation methods,classroom environment controlling ability,ability of understanding students,etc.Based on results above,the study put forward suggestions in aspects of teachers' own development,creating good classroom environment,attending to students' needs and establishing teachers' cooperative learning team in the perspective of teachers.
