In the traditional biology class,there is a general idea that teachers should be the center of teaching materials,and the teachers should show their own classroom teaching behavior taking itself as the center of the classroom.And the lack of interaction between the students and teachers ignores the students ' classroom status.Teacher's teaching and students ' learning are in a separate state,which make a lively and interesting biology classroom teaching become monotonous and boring.“Learning by Doing”,which wasinitiated by the Chinese Ministry of Education and China Association of science and technology,is a kind of Education Principles and Teaching Method that started in primary and secondary schools for the purpose of promoting the Students' All-round Development and implementing quality-oriented education.Basd on the background of quality-oriented education,“Learning by Doing”intends to motivate students' potentiality of active participation,active exploration,active operation,active thinking as well as constructing basic scientific knowledge independently.“Learning by Doing”was introduced into China in 2001.It's still on the stage of trial and promotion.Therefor,directed by the thought of quality-oriented education,supported by someteasing outcorrelation theories,under the useof different research techniques such as:investigation method,experimental,documentary research and etc,we brought forward thestrategy of pushing biology of secondary school toimplement“Learning by Doing”topromote its localization construction.This paper focuses from the background of the study and methods of research at home and abroad to make a definition of the concept of secondary school and explain the theoretical basis of this study.And from the concept “learning by doing”,this paper analyzes the teaching objectives of the common teaching methods and secondary schools on the requirements of middle school teachers ' classroom teaching skills,in order to do a study of secondary schools the requirements of teaching skills in middle school teachers with the requirements of importing language teaching language requires teaching questioning skills and classroom summary language requirements four aspects through the investigation and implementation of the current situation of interest in junior high school biology learning.After the analysis of the influence of the biological achievements,it is found that the implementation of secondary school can improvestudents ' biological learning interest and achievement at the same time,it also analyzes the influence of middle school on students ' autonomy and cooperation consciousness.Finally,it reflects on the insufficiency of this research and puts forward some research prospects.We hope the study could make a contribution to the perfection of “Learning by Doing”.
