At present,the academic community and Chinese people are thinking about the cultivation of the key competencies in China.In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the document:?Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening The Curriculum Reform,Implementing the Fundamental Task of Building Morality and Developing Personnel?.It points out that:Ministry of Education plans to organize study on the subject and puts forward the system of students' key competencies development during each learning period,and make clear the essential quality and key capacity which needed by students to meet the demands of lifelong development and social development.In 2016,the release of the key competency framework for students in China foreshadowed the establishment of key competency training goals,which becomes the common goal of education at all levels of schools in China.In this study,the author comprehensively analyzes the importance and urgency of key competency cultivation based on teaching practice.Through literature search and practical research,the author systematically analyzes the main problems existing in current secondary schools in key competency cultivation,and takes“Chemical Featured Curriculum”in Huai Yin Middle School as a case study to conduct a series of in-depth study and practice.At the theoretical level,the paper mainly analyzes the connotation and characteristics of featured curriculum,and focuses on the issues that require attention in terms of curriculum goal setting and featured curriculum construction.At the practical level,the paper takes the construction of chemical featured curriculum for a case analysis to show its points on key competency training of chemical featured curriculum implementation process,and then summarizes the experience and problems in the case of school curriculum construction,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The first chapter elaborates the research background,the research status at home and abroad,the significance of the research,and establishment of the research contents and research ideas and methods.The second chapter discusses the concept definition and theoretical basis.The third chapter analyzes the theoretical problems of featured courses construction based on key competency.The fourth chapter discusses the construction of chemical featured curriculum based on key competencies.The fifth chapter is summary and reflection on the key competency of the chemical featured curriculum construction.On the basis of theory and practice,it concludes that“Strengthening teacher professional development is the key;deep research on curriculum standard is the foundation;Innovation and optimization on curriculum implementation is fundamental;Cultivating the after-school clubs is the direction;Full mobilization of family society is complementary”.The 66-word strategy of the science guided examination is a helpful reference for the construction of“featured curriculum”based on key competencies.
