The Reform Of Higher Education In Zhili Province In The New Deal Period In Late Qing Dynasty

In the period of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty,the higher education reform in Zhili Province played an important role in the history of the development of higher education in China.The special historical process of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty and the special historical position of Zhili in this historical process jointly promoted the reform and development of higher education in Zhili Province.The overall level of the higher education in Zhili was at the top of the nation in the New Deal period.It has strongly promoted the modernization of higher education in Zhili Province,which has led to the modernization of all aspects of Zhili society.This article adopts literature research,historical research and other methods,extensively collects and consults relevant historical data and literature,and on the basis of respecting historical facts,discusses the profound background of the higher education reform of Zhili during the period of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty,and summarizes the content of the reform.The outstanding features of this reform in Zhili were summed up,and finally we found out the enlightenment value for today's higher education reform.This article is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction.As the first chapter of this article,the dissertation mainly discusses the basis for the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research purpose,the significance and the method,the innovation of this topic and the definition of the core concepts.The second part is the text of this article.There are three chapters.The second chapter mainly discusses the background of the reform of Zhili higher education during the ten years of the New Deal in the late Qing dynasty,mainly from the implementation of the new government of Zhili in the late Qing Dynasty,the importance attached to the reforms by officials at various levels in Zhili,the reform and abolishment of the imperial examination system,and the implementation of preparatory constitutionalism.The major events started with the influence of the higher education reform in Zhili,and analyzed the reasons for the higher education reform in Zhili.The third chaptersummarizes and discusses the main contents of the reform of higher education in Zhili during the period of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty.From the creation of a new type of higher education,the reform of the higher education system,the elaboration of the contents of higher education teaching,and the cultivation,storage,and introduction of talents for higher education.The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics of the higher education reform in Zhili during the period of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty,and thinking about the reform and innovation of Zhili education during the period of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty.The third part is the conclusion,which is a summary of the full text of this paper,and points out the shortcomings of the research and the future of the study.
