A Study On The Popular Service Of College Students' Popular Science In Wuhan

In recent years,the popularization of science has been paid more and more attention by the state.As a science popularization volunteer,the role is becoming more and more important.With the number of popular science volunteers increased year by year,more and more college students participated in volunteer service,college students volunteer gradually become the main component of the team of popular science volunteers,in the popular science team has a strong representation.Therefore,it is an important research content to understand the status quo of volunteer service of college students' popular science volunteers and enhance the effect of volunteer service.However,in the existing research,the students' of science popularization volunteers to investigate the object of the article less.Wuhan is not only a large number of colleges and universities,but also an important educational and scientific research base and popular science education base in China,which makes many college students science volunteer have to serve the community,show them on the stage.Therefore,this study is based on the Wuhan Science and Technology Museum,the students in the museum students volunteer for the survey,through the issuance of the questionnaire to investigate them,then the data in the questionnaire to analyze and understand the status of popular science volunteer service,Volunteer service factor,and then use the self-perception theory to classify the factors,and finally from the perception of internal shock and perception of the two aspects of exertion,try to improve the volunteer service students to promote the relevant recommendations.In the process of investigation and post-analysis,this paper adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey,depth interview and quantitative analysis.The paper first studies the existing literatures at home and abroad,designs the final questionnaires through pre-survey and so on.Then,after the permission of the staff of Wuhan Science and Technology Museum,the volunteers are surveyed online and offline.The factors that affect the volunteer service are as follows: service intention factor,organization management factor,background influence factor,communication ability factor,training mechanism factor,guarantee and incentive factor And service ability factor.This paper also studies the relationship between popular volunteer service and individual factors such as gender,professional and other factors through the method of variance analysis.Finally,combined with the above analysis,proposed to strengthen the volunteer service will,to strengthen communication between volunteers,attention to volunteer skills and volunteer service content matching,incentive mechanism diversification and other views to help enhance the popularization of popular science services.
