| As the number of enrolled students in colleges continues to increase, more and more poor students have also poured into the halls of higher education institutions. In recent years, the employment situation of poor college students has been less than ideal. The growing number of poor college students is bound to face more difficulties and challenges in the employment process. Therefore,it is especially necessary to study the employment ability of poor college students.Previous studies have found that psychological capital has a positive predictive effect on college students’ employability.Based on this, this study takes the five universities in Tianjin as an example, using social network analysis methods, questionnaire survey methods and document analysis methods to investigate the employability and psychological capital status of 336 poor students, aiming to explore the employability of poor students. Why is it weaker than non-poor,and where is it weak? Is the employment capacity of poor students significantly related to psychological capital? How does psychological capital significantly affect its employability? Are there regulatory variables(such as internship experience and employment guidance)that have an impact on this impact relationship?Through empirical research, this paper mainly has the following research findings:(1)Poor students are weaker than non-poverty in all aspects of employment ability and psychological capital, and their distribution is more concentrated;(2)Poverty students’ psychological capital and employability are presented Significantly positive correlations, and internship experience and employment guidance are also significantly positively correlated with their employability.(3)Psychological capital is an important factor affecting the employability of poor students.Self-efficacy,resilience and hope in psychological capital have a significant positive impact on their employability;(4)Internship experience of poor students in psychological capital and employment The relationship between ability plays a positive adjustment role, while non-poverty students do not have this adjustment relationship;(5)Employment guidance plays a positive adjustment effect in the relationship between poverty-stricken students’ psychological capital and employability, and this adjustment effect applies to poverty. And non-poor.In view of the above research, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: accumulate the stock of psychological capital;build an internship social practice platform;strengthen school employment guidance;pay attention to employment psychological counseling. If the above recommended measures are fully implemented,so this study helps poor students to effectively improve their employability, indirectly improve their employment environment, facilitate their successful employment and complete social transformation, and ultimately promote the historical task of achieving education out of poverty. |
