Group Work Intervenes Psychological Inferiority Of Immigrated Adolescents

Self-abased psychology is a psychological phenomenon refers to persons who have low negative psychological experiences because of low evaluation of themselves under the influence of physiological,psychological and social factors.Immigrated adolescents mainly defined as youth group between 13-15 who follow their parents from rural to urban for learning, no matter their parents are in business or workers.Team work takes 12 immigrated adolescents who have self-abased psychology as active objects. Under the guidance of social workers, with the help of group activities plans purposely and good interaction between team members, team members are encouraged to participate in actively.Team members gain experience and consciousness enhancement from activities and their potential are motivated.So it can promote team members to solving self-abased psychology problems and promoting the development of mental health. This study will not only help the development of school education, but also provide a new way of thinking to solve problems of other disadvantaged groups. It’s beneficial to build and develop harmonious family, harmonious campus,harmonious community and harmonious society. At the same time,it will propel the development of the theory of social work services and promote the development of the localization of social work more effectively. In a word,it is of great significance to the development of group social work in China.This paper mainly relys on school social service project of social work service center in Dong Guan. In order to enhance the floating youth’s self-confidence to carry out practical research and exploration. On the basis of the basic theory of team work, this paper uses the literature method, in-depth interview and questionnaire survey research method to research the floating youth who have psychological problem-inferiority by means of group work intervention. According to operation and research needs of the social service project, at first, the author researches psychological problems of the floating youth, especially the inferiority, next carries on the literature review. In this way, we can better understand psychological inferiority of the floating youth and why they have this psychological sense, its characteristics and forms. Secondly,on the basis of it, the author interviews 12 service objects in-depth and evaluates needs of the service objects; In the end, the author uses "game and experience sharing" pattern to launch practical research through five group activities among the floating youth who have psychological inferiority based on group work value. The main research conclusions are as follows:①Family environment, school environment and personal factors have influences on the flow youth who have self-abased psychology, and effects of personal factors are profound and lasting.②The group intervention programme of this research is reasonable and effective.③Team work has remarkable intervention effect on the flow youth who have self-abased psychology,and it has a positive impact on them.
