The Exploration Of Chinese College Students' Volunteer Service Under The "Micro Era"

Weibo,WeChat,micro public welfare and other micro things will gradually surround us.It seems "micro is in every possible way".These micro things not only have a subtle influence on our study and life style,but also affect the voluntary service of college students.The group of college students and volunteer service are all related to the long-term development of the country and the progress of social civilization.It is in this influential "micro era" that we have more significance to study micro age and college students' volunteer service."Micro era" has its unique characteristics and advantages,this paper is to study and discuss how to apply these advantages,characteristics and laws to college students' volunteer service to overcome the shortcomings of previous college students' volunteer service;what the present situation of college students,voluntary service under the "micro era" is and what opportunities and challenges the present college students' volunteer service faces.The difficulties and causes of the Development of College students' Voluntary Service under the "Micro era",the author finally provides suggestions for the better development to the college students' voluntary service.This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,the ideas and methods of the research and the innovation of the paper by reading and sorting out the relevant documents.The research status at home and abroad is based on three aspects:the combination of volunteer service,micro-era,micro-age,and volunteer service.The second chapter mainly reviews the related theories of "micro era" and Chinese University Students' volunteer service.This paper focuses on the characteristics and advantages of the "micro era" and discusses the value of Chinese college students' participation in volunteer service under the "micro era"from three angles of individual,country and society.The third chapter discusses the opportunities and challenges of Chinese college studentsundefined voluntary service under the micro-age.The opportunity comes from the change of the environment,the improvement of the condition and the dynamic support of the national opportunity.At the same time,it brings challenges to the quality,skill and management of the universitv student volunteer.The fourth chapter,through the form of literature review and interview,the author analyzes the problems faced by the volunteer service development of college students and analyzes the reasons from multiple perspectives.The problems are:the lack of public awareness of the combination of voluntary service and micro-era development,and the micro-platform has not been obtained.Good use,service effectiveness needs improvement,and college literacy needs to be improved.In chapter five,after the integration of the previous theories and the comprehensive analysis of the present situation,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the development of college student sun defined voluntary service in the "micro-era" from the aspects of concept,quality,innovation,interaction,media literacy and mechanism.
