Study Of Contemporary College Students Volunteer Service Activities

In recent years,college students volunteer service has developed relatively quickly,volunteerism is spread by volunteers widely,operating mechanism and organization system constantly improve,more and more college students actively devote to the volunteer service team,this part is worthy of affirmation and praise.However,behind a lot of volunteer service activities,college students volunteer service has a series of deficiencies in many aspects,affecting the long-term development.Southeast university has set up many volunteer service organizations for college students,the content of volunteer service is expanding constantly,the forms of volunteer service are diversified,and the scope of volunteer service is expanding gradually.Through questionnaires and in-depthinterviews in southeast university volunteer groups,combining with the current situation of college students volunteer service activities of many colleges and universities,this paper mainly divided into three chapters,the first chapter is a general overview of the contemporary college students volunteer service activities and its significance,including the concept,characteristics,development process and content of college students volunteer service activities,and volunteer service activities produce the positive significance in the college students' own quality,schools' cultural construction and social stable development.the second chapter analyzes the present situation of the current college students volunteer service activities,first of all,this paper expounds the current achievements of the volunteer service activities,including the number of volunteers?volunteer service objects?volunteer organizations?volunteer service duration have increased,the quality and level of volunteer service activities have improved;Secondly,according to the research results of college students volunteer service activities and the personal interviews,find out the problems existing in the college students volunteer service activities,For example,participation motivation is not simple,volunteer service is short-term and formal,volunteer service activities are not professional and so on;Finally,this paper analyzes the reasons about problems with college students the volunteer service activities,Such as not fully aware of the spirit of volunteer service,not perfect the mechanism of volunteer service,not fully give play to the professional advantages of volunteers.The third chapter puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting college students volunteer service activities.Including the government builds the platform for college students volunteer service,establish and improve the volunteer legal system,increases financial and material support;the university organization opens courses on volunteer service,achieves the professional and projectized voluntary service;promoting scientific operation of college students volunteer serviceorganizations.In addition,needing to give full play to the role of Internet in college students volunteer service,to build the "voluntary city".This article takes the volunteer service activities of southeast university as the research basis,through putting forward countermeasures to improve the construction of college students volunteer service,to better promote the long-term and stable development of college students volunteer service activities,to promote voluntary service enterprise in our country playing a more positive energy in the society,to help to build a harmonious socialist society,to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
