The pilot program for the cultivation of top-notch students in basic disciplines(Top Plan or Everest Program)has pushed the cultivation of higher education personnel to a new level.Universities have begun to devote themselves to training top-notch creative talents in the fields of basic disciplines.Since the plan was put forward in 2009,all the pilot institutions have given full consideration to the planned students in terms of curriculum,faculty,and campus environment.Different institutions have also accumulated their own experience in the process.With the proposal of building a double first-class and the re-planning of higher education at during the period of 13 th Five-Year,top-notch programs are also urgently required to pass the acceptance of achievements of all walks of life in order to provide reform ideas for the next step of personnel training.As a result,the quality of student learning as a higher education The micro-level of quality should be the focus of talent training.In this study,the students of Lanzhou University Extraction College were selected as the survey subjects.Through the analysis of structural equation modeling(SPSS)and AMOS structural equation,the quality of learning of the planned students was investigated and the following conclusions were drawn:First,there are significant differences in the quality of students' learning under different training methods.Among them,the learning input,learning gain and learning psychology of the planned students are significantly better than those of ordinary college students,indicating that the top-notch program indeed played a good implementing effect in Lanzhou University;Second,compared with ordinary college students,the planned students show obvious senior phenomenon,the advantages of all dimensions of learning quality are not well maintained;Thirdly,on the analysis of the specific dimensions of learning quality,the planned students lacked the interaction between teachers and students,and they were less satisfied with their learning,so as the motivation of learning expectation.Fourthly,the students' learning input and learning psychology all have a positive and positive impact on learning gain,and learning input and learning psychology are related to each other.Based on the survey results,this study makes the following suggestions for improving the quality of top-notch innovative talented people : Firstly,we should try to improve the basicdiscipline top-notch programs and pay more effects to provide campus supports;The second is to pay attention to the continuity of education process and teach students of different grades according to their aptitude;The next is to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students to promote student active and cooperative learning;Fourthly,pay attention to the construction of soft indicators,and create a positive atmosphere for learning to enhance student satisfaction;The fifth is to strengthen the guidance of learning psychology and improve their learning motivation.The sixth is to focus on practical teaching and construct an innovative curriculum system.
