At present,postgraduate education in Chinese universities has entered a new stage of connotative development and quality improvement.It is the core task of current education reform to improve the quality of graduate education in an all-round way.How to guarantee the development of high quality and high level of education services in colleges and universities and to provide first-class education service to postgraduates? It is particularly important.Based on different research perspectives,the research on the quality of postgraduate education has different connotations,meanings and elements,and these definitions will have different impacts on the understanding of the quality of education.This study started from the service quality of higher education,and expected to examine the actual situation of the consumption and satisfaction of college students in education services through the perspective of academic masters in colleges and universities in order to further improve the connotative development of graduate education quality and contribute their own modest force.The measurement indicators of educational masters' educational service consumption and satisfaction mainly include five major items: course teaching,tutor guidance,scientific research training,infrastructure,management and service,and a total of 22 specific measurement indicators.This research mainly focused on the investigation of the status of educational service consumption and satisfaction of academic graduate students from three universities(JS,KD,XY)in the XZ region.The following issues were found in the study: first,the academic masters' awareness of learning was poor,and the consumption of higher education services was unreasonable;second,the satisfaction of academic masters' educational services was generally low;and third,the quality of education services at all levels of colleges and universities was pending improve.In view of the above issues,the main reasons for the existence of its existence from the following three aspects: consumption subject,consumer object,and consumption status are as follows: in the aspect of consumption,the consumption and satisfaction of educational services for academic masters are driven by the values ofindividual utilitarianism,and are measured by the subject's psychological interest and demand,and are also closely related to the subject's ability to discipline discipline;as far as consumer objects are concerned,academic masters' educational service consumption and satisfaction are also affected by the provision of higher education services,and are not closely related to the absence of government guidance functions and the supply and demand of college education services;in terms of consumption status,social employment competition is in full swing,and the market environment is inseparable,these changes in the social environment have brought about a certain degree of influence on the educational service consumption and satisfaction of academic master students.In the end,the study combines the requirements of the new era of the new normal for the development of higher education.Based on the actual problems of the current academic master's education services,we proposed four-in-one strategies from the perspectives of government,society,universities and students.The first is to speed up the transformation of government administrative behavior and realize the new normal state of macroeconomic management;the second is to encourage multiple social participation and establish a new external protection system;the third is to improve the effective provision of education services in colleges and universities,and promote quality to a new level;the fourth is to dilute the students' impetuous learning atmosphere and strengthen their personal ideals and beliefs.Through the above-mentioned research on the consumption and satisfaction of academic master education services in the XZ region,it can provide guidance for the theory and practice of regional college education service quality,and promote graduate education in Chinese universities to a more stable,high-level,high-quality stage.
