Rapid influx of Chinese students in Russian universities as well as rapid growth of exchange students have given an impulse to resolve a number issues: security of foreign students, compliance of teaching and learning process, accommodation facilities, employment as well as their requirements and expectations etc.Therefore, there is a high demand to examine and analyze satisfaction levels of Chinese students enrolled in Russian higher educational institutions in order to increase effectiveness of internationalism and dynamic introduction of Russian university education into international market of education services, to improve educational facilities of foreign students in Russia and provoke their influx as well as to broaden understanding between Russia and China and further development of Russian-Chinese collaboration in higher education.Object of study of this research is Chinese students in Russia. A survey and interviewing methods have been chosen to investigate satisfaction levels of Chinese students enrolled in Russian higher educational institutions.The researcher has defined 5 main criteria which influence on satisfaction level of Chinese students with Russian university education: organization of teaching and learning process, social and psychological atmosphere, social and living conditions, material and equipment support of educational process, organization of students’ scientific research. Software package SPSS Statistics has been used to analyze results of questionnaires given by 209 respondents and we have interpreted data using descriptive, cross factor and cross tabulation analyses. Based on research findings, we are able to conclude that satisfaction levels of Chinese students enrolled in Russian higher educational institutions is relatively high; referring to the last four criteria satisfaction level was fairly low. Based on results of research, we have proposed a number of recommendations how to improve and develop process of providing educational services for foreign students from China.Results of findings of satisfaction levels of Chinese stu dents enrolled in Russian higher educational institutions could be integrated in a monitoring of university Education quality management system and give an opportunity to find a possibility to improve internationalization process.
