High school stage is special and important to one's life.It is not only the key period for students to gain knowledge,but also a golden time to develop themselves both mentally and physically.However,because of the huge burden,most students will feel tired and lose interest in study.As a result,they may study ineffectively and have a certain degree of learning burnout.The research on the current situation of high school students' learning burnout will help students reduce the pressure and study efficiently.The research is made on the current situation of high school students' learning burnout in S city by interview and questionnaire.Based on the theory of cognitive science,the interview is a kind of outline about students' learning situation,which consists of 8 questions,aiming to know the opinions about students' learning burnout from the point of the teachers and the students.During the interview,the teachers and students are questioned openly in a high school in S city.By analyzing the result of the survey,the author draws the conclusions as follows: firstly,most students think they are at different degrees of learning burnout;secondly,though different teachers have different opinions about the degree of students' learning burnout,they have the same opinion on the appearance of students' learning burnout.The author also investigates high school students in S city by means of HuQiao's questionnaire.By analyzing the data,the author reaches the conclusions as follows: firstly,high school students are at a certain degree of learning burnout,though not serious,low efficiency dimension scores higher than the others;secondly,from the aspect of gender,there are not many differences between boys' learning burnout and girls' learning burnout;thirdly,from the aspect of grade,the degree of third-year students is the highest in learning burnout,which is higher than that of the second-year student and the first-year student;fourthly,from the region of students,the degree of learning burnout in the students from thecountryside is higher than that of students from the city;fifthly,from the aspect of single-child family,the degree of children with siblings is higher than that of single-child in learning burnout;sixthly,from the aspect of parents' education,the lower parents' education is,the higher child's learning burnout is.Based on the result of the interview and the questionnaire,the author put forward strategies in terms of the schools,the teachers,the parents and the students,hoping to help high school students in their study and growth.
