Job burnout is because of working time is too long, pressure is too great, which cause mood, interpersonal relationship, long-term being in nervous condition causing a series of physiological and psychological negative condition.At present high school class, with the number of geographical teachers expanded more than other subjects class teachers, work hard easily generate compacted recurrent depressed mood; Geographical teachers facing different groups, not only get students but also school leaders, parents, and the social recognitions, so working pressure is higher; Each course in high school geography of "little discipline" belonging to the proportion of low, exam is not often taken seriously by people, which is tend to cause the geographical teachers lead to low accomplishment; The discretion of the teachers' pay will cause teachers' emotional changes. The discipline nature determines the geographical teachers than other "big subject" teachers, such as Chine, Math, English, Physics, Chemistry,who earn bonuses wage income outside, which will cause geographical teachers' psychological unbalance; The school management and evaluation system of unreasonable geographical teachers would also let create anxieties. Often owing to the above makes high school geographical teacher groups appear job burnout phenomenon.Senior middle school geographical teacher' burnout affect teachers' health and working status, teachers' teaching and students' development adversely. This dissertation through interview, questionnaire, part of Jining city high school geographical teachers work investigation with SPSS statistical data, and the data average and standard deviation and variance analysis, combining interview cases, draw the conclusion: In general speaking, geographical teachers have being de-personalized highly, low sense of accomplishment and emotional exhaustion which shows some degree of job burnout phenomenon. According to the results of the surveys, job burnout is influenced by age, gender, professional title, teaching age, education, school level, the influence of such as geography teacher burnout have three dimensions (such as emotional exhaustion, de- personalized, low achievement) performances which are somewhat different.Senior middle school geographical teachers' job burnout causes are various result s of joint action. Main reasons are:geographical teachers' professional factors, the school management factors, social factors and geographic discipline factors.In view of the above reasons, the author proposes eliminating geographical teacher burnout countermeasures including school countermeasures of establishing flexible evaluation system, incentive measures, care treatment of geographical teachers from different degree, building good school culture atmosphere; Social countermeasures:in addition to meet the material needs,teachers also to meet its spiritual needs, such as the need of self-esteem, the honor of teachers' basic rights and social status and the need approval etc; And geographical teacher aspects of their own strategies and geographical teacher' professional development, etc.
