| Early Childhood is a critical period for the development of emotion regulation ability,and it is of great significance to promote the healthy development of children’s emotion,three to six year old children were given three ~ month physical activity teaching experiment to explore the effect of physical activity teaching on the emotion regulation of three to six year old children,it is assumed that children’s emotional regulation ability can be effectively trained by physical activities with pertinence and suitable for children’s physiological and psychological characteristics,so as to provide practical reference for children’s Physical Education.Based on the theory of emotion,emotion understanding,emotion recognition,emotion regulation,emotion expression and emotion application are the teaching objectives According to the rule of human body from weak to strong and from strong to weak in sports and exercises,the course of activity is divided into preparation part,basic part and ending part Through the way of physical games to let children face emotional feelings,use physical activities to release emotions,with the form of home,to establish emotional bond,adults and children together "play to solve emotional problems";Based on this,we designed the physical ability teaching activities to develop children’s emotion regulation ability.Through the teaching experiment,the paper uses the questionnaire method to carry on the quantitative investigation,at the same time unifies the parents and the teacher’s observation record,both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were used to verify the effectiveness of physical teaching activities on the development of children’s emotional regulation ability.Under the conditions of this study,the results of the study were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:1.After the experiment,the data of five dimensions of each age group were analyzed,and there were significant differences in each dimension between the small class experimental group and the Control Group,there were significant differences in the other four dimensions,and there were significant differences in emotional expression,emotion regulation and emotion utilization between the experimental group and the Control Group,but no significant differences in emotion recognition and emotion understanding.2.In the small class experimental group,the development of children’s emotion regulation ability was the most comprehensive,and significant changes had taken place in all dimensions In the middle class experimental group,there were significant differences in the other four dimensions except emotion recognition,emotion regulation and emotion application There was no significant difference in emotion recognition and emotion understanding,but significant difference in emotion regulation,emotion expression and emotion utilization.The results showed that the related physical teaching activities could promote the development of the emotion regulation ability of the children in small,middle and large classes.3.By observing the children’s emotional events before,during and after the experiment,we found that the children in the experimental group had good emotional regulation ability.Therefore,it can be concluded that physical activity can promote the development of 3-6-year-old children’s emotion regulation ability,and it is effective and feasible to use physical activity to develop children’s emotion regulation ability.RECOMMENDATION: 1.In the early childhood stage,we should attach importance to the influence of physical activity on emotion,establish a sound physical education syllabus,increase the proportion of physical activity properly,and give full play to the advantage of physical activity to promote children’s emotion regulation ability.2.Home Interactive co ~ education can play the best effect,strengthen the physical and emotional education of teachers and parents,to ensure that the physical activity of children well. |
