With the rapid economic and social progress in today's society,people's exchanges have been continuously strengthened and exchanges have become more and more.However,due to the large cultural differences in each country and region,the pace of regional development is also different.This makes the exchange of these cultures produce some inevitable contradictions.These contradictions may be large or small,and some may soon settle down,but some of the larger conflicts may inspire even greater conflicts,regional peace and between countries.The exchange has had some adverse effects.This article mainly studies and analyzes the implementation of citizenship education in Britain in the face of these multicultural and its impact on the country.Because Britain and China are multinational countries,the analysis and research of these methods will bring citizenship education of our country great guidance.Due to historical reasons,immigration accounts for a large proportion of the total population of Britain,which leads to a high degree of cultural and ethnic complexity in Britain.The coordinated development of cultural integration has become very important and intractable,so how can we cultivate citizens "Core values" ? Creating a "Britishness" consciousness among citizens,citizenship education has a long way to go.Analyzing the citizenship education mechanism in Britain and studying how they achieve the development of citizenship education in the context of multiculturalism.Both historical and environmental factors must be thoroughly analyzed,including the historical inevitability of immigration,diversity,and unity.Internal demand,and the impact of multiculturalism on the public perception of social groups and how the general public view the citizenship education mechanism in this multicultural context.The historical and practical reasons are clarified.In order to adapt to the multicultural era,Britain citizenship education pays more attention to diversity in the course objectives and content.The implementation measures are flourishing:whole school strategy,the teaching of independent disciplines,the penetration of teaching by other disciplines,and the educational integration of community activities and the establishment of the Internet media platform for citizenship education.Diversifiedimplementation measures have brought educational effectiveness to British citizenship education.Schools have paid more attention to the implementation of diversity citizenship education.The construction of national consciousness and core values has been strengthened;students are also increasingly influenced by the citizenship education curriculum.Respect for diversity,and constantly raise awareness of citizen participation and rights and responsibilities.Of course,their educational concepts and specific educational mechanisms are not perfect,and they will have more or less defects,such as school curriculum planning problems,professional teacher training issues,and so on.Therefore,when we study Britain citizenship education,we must take its essence to its dross,and combine our country's citizenship education to make these successful experiences play its greatest role.
