The Comprehensive Evaluation Reserch On LT’s New Projects Of Key Accounts

The new projects of the key accounts will bring fresh opportunity in the market, it’s quite important for the telecom operators to enhance the sales scale, maintain and increase the market share. With the increasingly fierce market competition of the key accounts, it placed a puzzle for the telecom operators that how to win the market by enhancing the new projects management for the key accounts, and how to evaluate a new construction project or project scheme scientifically. Which is also be focused in this paper. The main content of the thesis composed of the following:Firstly, the paper begins with the new construction projects of the key accounts which had bigger impact on LT company operation, and reviewed the development of the evaluation studies and analyzed the scholars’ standpoint. And then it analyses the procedure, the life cycle and the current management status and problems of the new construction projects of the key accounts, by utilizing the Delphi method, Analytic Hierarchy Process & Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method and the Project management theories.Secondly, the paper studies the comprehensive evaluation associated with the three patterns of the new project of LT through qualitative and quantitative research and also by using questionnaires. The three patterns are: Customer oriented investment, LT Company oriented investment and Customer entrusted project with LT Company. The paper sets up the comprehensive evaluation index system via Analytic Hierarchy Process, introduces the three patterns into the comprehensive evaluation index system and conducts comprehensive evaluation by means of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Furthermore, this paper analyzed the comprehensive operating scheme and evaluated the result based on the actual score card, and then clarified the evaluation result and preference under the three construction patterns, put forward the optimizing solution and measurements in accordance with the deficiency and the problems identified in the evaluations.In the end, the paper provide practical options based on the evaluation mode to the new project of the key account regarding the project’s life cycle, and provided reference for managers and researchers.
