Research On The Design Of S Company's Quality Management Plan

Quality is the soul of an enterprise,an enterprise is good or bad depends on the quality of its products,and the key factor to determine the quality of the products is scientific,advanced and effective quality management.Therefore,if enterprises want to develop and grow,they must put quality management in the first place and take the road of "quality".Based on the theory of quality management,the actual operation mode of product quality management of S company as the research center,the paper tries to design a set of scientific,advanced and reasonable quality management plan for the enterprise.Firstly,the paper expounds the definition of quality,management,quality management,introduces the development process of quality management,explains some concepts related to quality management.Then it introduces the basic situation of S company,analyzes the current status of quality management,the existing problems and reasons.According to the result of the analysis by using the theory of ISO9000 quality management system,from the activities of quality management principles,objectives,processes,procurement process,continuous quality improvement(PDCA cycle)and other aspects for the design of quality management system of S company.According to the scheme design,education and training,advertising,the design of quality management,quality management plan implementation,the audit and review of the quality management plan for such processes to ensure the smooth implementation of the program,so as to make the enterprise maintain management mode with the significant characteristics of systematic development with the aid of the scheme,in order to meet the requirements of enterprise products quality management,raise the overall quality of the products from the fundamental point of view.
