Especially at present, China's economy is in a downward phase, a relatively small and medium-sized enterprise management difficulties, small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) increased risk of default, the guarantee agencies to the risks of the debtor also rose. How to evaluate sustainable financing guarantee agencies management ability become a pressing concern for guarantee agencies.In this paper, we study how to evaluate sustainable financing guarantee agencies of management ability, the influence of financing guarantee agencies what are key indicators of sustainable management ability, how to determine the weight of each index, and on this basis to establish the evaluation system, to assist the financing guarantee to the sustainable management of the enterprise ability to self assessment, makes the financing guarantee agencies can discover the advantages and disadvantages of its existence, to improve the management and business model and optimization.In this paper, through literature research, combining with the current economic situation and this article will be used in A case study of A financing guarantee agencies the local actual situation, in the industry believe that sustainable financing guarantee agencies management ability by the dual effects of external factors and internal factors. This paper argues that the external factors of evaluation can be from the economic environment, policy support and supervision and management of the three aspects, industry environment, and internal factors evaluation can from the risk control ability, the ability to resist risk, corporate governance, profitability, social effect, and the innovation ability and so on six aspects. Therefore, a total of nine evaluation variables. According to the three selected principles of evaluation index at the same time:(1) the levels and overall principle; (2) the importance and principle of independence, (3) the principle of pertinence and uniqueness, roughly identified the nine variables corresponding evaluation index.
