As China's reform and opening up and entering the WTO, the country's economy has entered the track of a socialist market economy. Today's market economy is not only the legal economy, it is also credit economy. Developing a sound credit system will play an active role in improving the market individuals'competitiveness and adjusting the allocation of resources reasonably and other aspects.Therefore, in order to develop market economy, it has to improve the market credit capacity. As a major player in economic activity, the enterprise's corporate credit conditions has played a pivotal role in the development of the credit system of the market economy. As a quantitative objective, business credit file can reflect corporate credit situation straightforwardly. In a certain sense, the level of a country's business credit file building not only can measure the main market player-the enterprise's development potential, but also can directly reflect the quality of the country's overall economic development of the market. What's more, business credit file building status will affect the process of the whole social credit culture directly or indirectly. Therefore, the establishment of sound corporate credit file management system is an inevitable requirement in standardizing the market economic order and strengthening the enterprise's construction of credit.As community's awareness of the importance of business credit file gradually improving, academia theoretically investigate the building of business credit files, and the government as well as enterprises and other departments have stepped up efforts in building business credit files. They have drafted some relevant rules and regulations for the construction of enterprise credit file building and have some achievements. But now our work in building business credit file is still in its infancy. Comparing with the relevant aspects of the abroad work, there is a big difference.In this paper, according to the situation of China and relying on the relevant state departments, it builds the business credit file management system which is adjusting to the country's conditions. By defining the concepts of business credit files and credit records management system as well as analyzing the current corporate credit file management system, the author select the business sector which directly supervise the business in order to build business credit file management system in which the business sector is the platform. And specifically analysis it from microscopic aspects and macro aspects in order to improve business credit file management system and better guide the actual work.
