The Technology-based Small&Medium Business Technology-market-management (TMM) Research Collaborative Innovation Model

The Technology-Based Small&Medium Business（TBSMB） as the main bodyof the market economy in our country, which plays an important role in promotingeconomic development and maintaining social stability. With the global economyintegration and knowledge economy era, TBSMB as the representative of theadvanced productive forces, will play a more important role. Innovation is the soul ofan enterprise, for small and medium-sized enterprises(SME), innovation is theguarantee of enterprise’s survival and development. Enterprises should be based onthe environment vary from minute to minute, have the innovation ability in manyaspects is the foundation, the scientific management of the innovation process is theguarantee. This thesis based on the summary of the SME growth theory and growthprocess on the research results, the "technological innovation, market innovation,management innovation (TMM)" model used in TBSMBs, and how to use the TMMmodel in TBSMBs to realize collaborative innovation is explained.This thesis selects a representative of TBSMBs of A company as the researchobject. Through case analysis of the current situation of small and medium-sizedenterprises and the internal and external environment faced, practice in cooperativeinnovation of enterprises and the achievements of enterprises, at present still existedproblems, using TMM model, explore the path the collaborative innovation of SMEs,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and provideenlightenment and reference for Chinese TBSMBs.
