Reaserch On The Mechanism Of Producer Services Industries Promoting The Development Of Emerging Industries

Under the Chinese government-led innovation-oriented background, lack of micro-enterprise technical innovation capability, macro industry transformation and upgrading is increasingly prominent。 Accelerate the transformation of industrial structure upgrading has become an important strategic decisions of enhanceing the core competitiveness. Producer service is highly relevant and complementary to its clients and plays an important role in enhancing the innovation capacity, promoting the development of new industry.For emerging enterprises and traditional enterprises, different production services also have different effects. This paper attempts to contrast from the impact of producer service on emerging enterprise and traditional enterprise and to explore the mechanism of producer services industries promoting the development of emerging industries.This article uses the 594 questionnaire as the basis of research. Firstly, we make statistical descriptions on surveyed companies from three perspectives, companies features, the demand and supply features of productive services. Secondly we discuss the mechanism of producer services industries promoting the development of emerging industries from perspectives of social division of labor, transaction costs, incomplete contract theory and corporate life cycle. We propose four hypotheses of the mechanism. Finally, we take empirical test and the results confirm the mechanism mentioned previously.We get the following conclusions:(1) Development of producer services caused the accumulation of emerging enterprises. The traditional corporate concentration is less affected by the production of services and training services, is the only positive impact. (2) Producer services contribute to the introduction of knowledge, capital and other factors. The biggest difference between emerging businesses and traditional enterprise is data and information services. Development of producer services give producers a stable service provider, which is consistent between emerging enterprises and traditional enterprises. (3) Production services also help companies associated with related and and ancillary industries.
