Marx' research of commercialization is the connotation of capitalist society and its mode of production analysis. Marx alienated labor as the theoretical basis to analyze capitalist commodity economy, and then use the method of historical materialism to analyze capitalist society. Marx's theory is from the perspective of development of productive forces, exposing the contradictions of capitalism and the production of various social contradictions, and the fundamental way to solve these contradictions.When trying to analyze Marx'various views and perspectives of commercialization, this article tend to take the commercialization of Biobank that is to collect biological samples of human tissue and related information for example, Biobank commercialization has become a trend and the fact that a certain degree of commercialization of its establishment and development has played a certain role in promoting. However, the problems of moral, human and social fairness itself due to profit-driven behavior causes are increasingly drawing attention. This article hopes to take the approach and perspective of Marxist analysis of capitalist commodity economy to analyze and critique the commercialization of Biobank, in order to achieve a deeper level of understanding.Firstly, this article will sort outthe two aspects — positives and negatives about Commodity economy by Marx, Then will make an overviewon biobanking and its commercialization and embed the critical analysis of their business issues in the Marxist perspective, Finally, this article tend to present the results of commercialization— human alienation, moral corrosion and inequality and tried to put forward proposals on how to norm.
