Research On The Logistics Park Management Mode And Operation Efficiency Evaluation Of The Hohhot Railway Bureau

Railway transportation has been a major long-distance transport of goods in our country, for our country played an invaluable role in the flow of goods, our transportation system is an indispensable aspect, especially in recent years, the pace began to accelerate our development and utilization of resources, such as Inner Mongolia autonomous resources in the province of a class, the key materials in coal, chemicals, iron and steel,machinery, food, etc. Sinotrans domestic demand, the development of the logistics industry put forward higher requirements. But there are also some problems, such as logistics park investment, large-scale land use, types of logistics services to provide a single, low level of mechanization equipment and facilities, information technology is not high, large-scale urban development time by the surrounding environment and economic factors such as the ability to support the impact, making the level of modern logistics park has not been fundamentally improved, a serious impediment to the rhythm of the city 's economic development. Based on this, the existing models of research and innovation management model railway logistics park and operational efficiency is very necessary.Inner Mongolia Hohhot Railway Bureau, as the territory of the major railway operators,faced with abundant natural resources and a growing demand for economic development,scientific planning and long-term deployment of logistics industry put forward new requirements. At first, this paper expounds the existing stage of domestic and international logistics park related situation and the main development direction, on the basis of analysis summarizes the evolution law and the basic characteristics of railway park, and the Hohhot railway logistics park is briefly analyzed; And combining with the operation mode of logistics park in Hohhot railway administration, the management mode and operation mode and profit mode three aspects analysis of Hohhot railway logistics park in the problems existing in the development, operation mode and park operation efficiency were analyzed; Finally,combining with index system of logistics park operation efficiency of content, build the index system of operation, choice of analysis of the logistics park operation efficiency evaluation methods, improved the existing comprehensive evaluation index system of logistics park operation efficiency, and the evaluation results were analyzed. Study evaluated the Hohhot railway bureau of railway logistics park operation efficiency, maximize the benefits and efficiency optimization purposes. Research results will provide the Hohhot railway bureau railway logistics park development and improvement of the operating model to provide theoretical reference.
