This paper analyzes the industrial policy of electric power marketing in our country, and obtained the technical marketing may be the best way for the development of electric power s upply company in the future. So combining with big users of energy saving electric power is one of the key factors for the future occupation market. Based on system research of industrial and mining enterprises at home and abroad and power transformation strategy and measures shall be formulated in a small and medium-sized concentrator on the basis of the idea of the modification of the project and the strategy and finally finished the project by multiple link power saving energy.In this paper, we systematic analysis the theoretical model of the industrial and mining enterprises electricity, according to the actual situation, dressing plant energy-saving inverter for some of its equipment, improved the grinding machine and energy-saving frequency converter. According to the working condition and power usage of the mill plant, The power supply load of high and low voltage side were calculated. Selected transformer the radial mode, a high side with a case; Low voltage side of three parallel use, stop using a visual power load conditions in order to improve the power; Domestic load side run independently, and improve the circuit operating conditions.We use the intelligent reactive power compensation device respectively on high side and low side, civilian side. Finally we increase the electricity power factor to 0.95 above, reach the national standard. At the same time is short, lightning protection, earthing protection, intelligent monitoring, respectively on the basis of calculation results and the actual situation, make the line to guarantee the use of safety. In the total investment of about 3.6 million yuan, is expected to recover the investment in 18 months, and significantly improve the production efficiency and prolong the service life of the equipment and lines.
