With the advent of big data internet, all the enterprises has come to facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The competition among enterprises is ultimately a competition of human resources. The key of human resource management to improve the staffs enthusiasm and creativity. Effective employee performance appraisal system can enhance corporate performance, the ability to motivate staff, so that employees produce a sense of mission, and release their creativity.In this paper, Ronhec Co.Ltd is the object company of this study. The paper will first describe the background and discuss the objectives and main idea behind this study. Based on performance appraisal theory, the paper illustrate the study framework. Secondly, after introducing the current issues of the company and the problems of the existing employee performance management system, analysis the reasons for the deficiencies of the current staff performance assessment systems. Thirdly, after understanding the targets and principles of the performance assessment system, action items to improve the existing performance management system include optimization for the design of performance appraisal index system, confirming the objects, method and the period. What's more, contain the feedback of the results and the applications. At the end, the author puts forward the steps and measures to ensure the proposed performance assessment system can be effectively implemented and analyses the effectiveness of the new system.According to the research on the improvement of employee performance appraisal system of Ronhec Co.Ltd, the following conclusions can be drew:first, all staff of the company should have the correct understanding of the performance appraisal. Second, the leadership of the company have to pay more attention on the work of performance appraisal, and do support it. Third, perfecting the instructions of the job is the basis for the implementation of performance appraisal. In addition, the performance appraisal needs the participating of all the staff. At the last, the company have to design the evaluation index and its weight according to the different levels coming from different positions, as so as the applications of the results of performance appraisal.
