The rapid development and wide application of information technology has made drastic changes in product supply chain,resulting in the emergence of many fuzzy-uncertainty factors in the supply chain. Today,fuzzy-uncertainty of supply chain environment has become a trend and fuzzy-uncertainty has presented new challenges to decision-making and coordination of supply chain.How to make effective decision in the fuzzy uncertainty in supply chain environment has become a problem that is worth studying.Optimal decision under fuzzy environment of two level supply chain, retailer competition of supply chain and the dual channel supply chain are studied based on the game theory and fuzzy set theory.And coordination contract model are proposed,which makes the supply chain system to achieve the Pareto optimal. Thus the operational efficiency of the whole supply chain system are improved.Specific innovation as follows:Firstly, Contract coordination model for two echelon supply chain under the fuzzy market demand and production cost is proposed.The research shows that revenue sharing contract can coordinate the two echelon supply chain system, and it relates to revenue sharing parameters, fuzzy production cost, the expectations of fuzzy price sensitive coefficient.Secondly,retailer competition of supply chain is studied based on fuzzy market demand and fuzzy production cost.An integrated decision model and decentralized decision model are established. By comparison,we discover the decentralized decision can't coordinate the retailer competition of supply chain, then the model of revenue sharing contract coordination is proposed.The results show that the optimal strategy is not only proportional to the revenue sharing parameter, but also affected by the expectations of market size, the optimistic and pessimistic value of cost production and demand price elasticity coefficient of competing retailers, the expectations of retailers' demand price elasticity coefficient.Thirdly,dual supply chain under fuzzy market demand and fuzzy production cost is studied. Centralized decision model,the wholesale price contract and two-way revenue sharing contract model are established.The study find that the two-way revenue sharing contract can coordinate dual channel supply chain under fuzzy environment,and the optimal strategy relate to the optimistic and pessimisticvalue of the production cost and cross price elasticity coefficient, the expectations of total market demand and own price elasticity coefficient.The wholesale price,revenue sharing parameters of direct sale channels and revenue sharing parameters of traditional retail channels have one to one correspondence.
