| Based on relationship perspective,this paper researched the impact of network routines on the network governance target from the mechanisms level.In today's rapidly changing technological development,technological innovation network has become an important form to implement technological innovation activities.Thus network governance attracted attention of scholars.Scholars and practitioners increasingly recognize that network routines are a key element to ensure that communication between network members of the network business,learning,and cooperation smoothly.And some scholars have found that the network routines impact on network operating efficiency through inter-organizational relationships.However,existing research lack the targeted research of mechanisms in network,the relationship interact is one of the of the network organizations' main actors.And the smooth running between the organizations needs the assurance of effective mechanism.Therefore,an urgent need is explore the Impact mechanism of network routines in technological innovation on the network governance target from the mechanism level based on interactive features between organizations of technical innovation networks,and this will provide new ideas and tools to achieve technological innovation network governance objectives,improve technological innovation network performance.Firstly,on the basis of theoretical overview,this paper defined the network routines and relationship mechanism in technical innovation network,and divided network routines into two dimensions of cooperative innovation behavior agreement and innovation network specification consensus,divided relationship mechanism into three dimensions of common trust,relationship commitment and relationship embeddings,divided network governance target into three dimensions of network stability,innovation exclusive and knowledge sharing.Then this paper analyzed the impact of network routines on the network governance target,and constructed theoretical model of the network routines-relationship Mechanism-network governance target,and proposed the corresponding assumptions.Finally,through exploratory factor analysis,stepwise multiple regression analysis on the survey data of 517 domestic enterprises,relative conclusions were drawled..To sum up,the following aspects were main innovative results of this paper:Firstly,relationship mechanism was defined,and the relationship mechanism was divided into three dimensions of common trust,relationship commitment and relationship embeddings.Most scholars studied relationship mechanism as a single dimension variable.Although scholars have gradually considered the relationship mechanism as a multi-dimensional variable in recent years,the dimensions of the relationship mechanism were not consistent by different subjects in existing literature.This study divided the relationship mechanism into common trust,relationship commitment and relationships embeddings based on related literature review,and the foundation for research was laid.Secondly,the relationship model of network routines-relationship mechanism-network governance objectives was built and the model was empirical tested.Conclusions were drawled based on empirical results.In existing literature,some scholars have found that the network routines impact operating efficiency of the network through inter-organizational relationships.But existing research lack the targeted research of mechanisms of the network routines.In the running process of tested.The study found that in technology innovation networks,inter-firm common trust,relationship commitment were plays an intermediary role in the relationship between network routines and innovation exclusive,between routines and knowledge sharing.Third,the influence of different dimensions of network routines on the network governance target was clarified.Scholars have recognized the importance of the network routines to network governance,and that network routines can help maintain a stable network,effective collaboration and knowledge sharing between organizations.However,the relationship between network routines and the network governance target has not been thoroughly studied in existing research.And the impact of different network routines dimensions on the network governance obj ectives has not been able to clearly articulate.Based on the analysis of the previous literature,this paper divided the network routines into two dimensions of cooperative innovation behavior agreement and innovation network specification consensus and thoroughly analyzed the influence of different network routines dimensions on the network governance obj ectives.The study found that in technology innovation networks,moderate cooperative innovation behavior agreement can maintain network stability.With the improvement of the level of cooperative innovation behavior agreement,both innovative exclusive levels and knowledge sharing among enterprises will also be increased.Moderate innovation network specification consensus helps maintain network stability.And with the improvement of innovation network specification consensus,both innovative exclusive levels and knowledge sharing among enterprises will also be increased.Finally,from the mechanism level,the impact of relationship mechanism on network governance target was revealed.Existing studies have begun to realize that effective government of the highly loose cooperative innovation networks should be based on the in-depth understanding of inter-organizational relationships.And some scholars studied the relationship between inter-organizational relationships and network governance from the mechanism level.But the technical innovation network is a special organization form,maintaining the inter-organizational relationships need a complete multi-dimension relationship mechanism.Therefore,this paper thoroughly analyzed the impact of relationship mechanism on the network governance target from three dimensions of common trust,relationship commitment and relationship embedding.The results show that in technology innovation networks,common trust network can promote stability,innovation exclusive and knowledge sharing;Relationship commitment will help improve network stability,innovation exclusive and knowledge sharing;relationship embedding help improve network stability and knowledge sharing.In summary,this paper enriches and expands the existing theory of technological innovation network management to some extent.And it is a reference to choose the effective governance mean in technology innovation network in practice. |
