Study On The Relation Of Knowledge Alliance Collaboration Innovation Influential Factors And Its Performance

Innovation is the lifeblood of the knowledge alliance, the power source of knowledge alliance development. Cultivating innovative ability is of great significance to keep long-term knowledge alliance competitive advantage. It is important proposition throughout the whole process of its life cycle. The relationship between the Knowledge Alliance influential factors and Collaborative Innovation Performance for the alliances are discussed, Through the identification and analysis of the main affecting factors of collaboration innovation in KA, government and enterprises can take targeted guidance and incentives to ensure the smooth operation of the process of collaboration innovation when they encounter the problems in the KA collaboration innovation process. Finally, Alliance enterprises' growth is promoted and performance of collaboration innovation is showed, and the Alliance's overall innovation capability is enhanced.This paper analyzes critical influential factors in the process of knowledge alliance collaboration innovation thoroughly. On the basis of the literature and related theory analysis, this paper has constructed the conceptual model of KA collaboration innovation influential factors and its performance, and has discussed the relationship between several variables in the model deeply. A questionnaire survey is conducted in a sample of 170 domestic manufacturing, construction and financial industry and other fields of knowledge alliance. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are:credibility and effectiveness of the questionnaire is very good. On this basis, the proposed assumptions were verificated by SEM. The conclusions is:(1) Knowledge Alliance collaboration innovation performance is constituted by the three dimensions of product, management and process innovation; (2) Alliance membership and collaboration innovation resources have significant direct positive effect on the three dimensions of collaboration innovation performance;(3) Collaboration innovation environment have a significant direct positive impact on management innovation, their own quality did not significantly affect the three dimensions of collaboration innovation performance.The results confirmed the relationship between Alliance membership, collaboration innovation resources, collaboration innovation environment, their own quality and collaboration innovation performance of the Alliance.The results provide some guidance and reference for the practice and follow-up theory studies of knowledge alliance management.
