| The speed of science and technology development is the key factor which determines the progress of a country.Especially in this rapid developing era,the competition of science and technology has become the key to comprehensive national strength competition.The "Silicon Valley Model”had remarkable achievements in the early 1950s,which made the collaborative innovation between industry-university-research become the focus of our country's research.In the early 1990s,the cooperation between industry-university-research has also become a hot topic in China.The innovative researches on "industry-university-research"involve all kinds of fields.What we called" industry-university-research collaborative innovation organization" is mainly composed of high-quality innovative talents from enterprises,universities and research institutes.The organization completes collaborative innovation with its aim of innovation of knowledge quantity and quality,the core as knowledge collaboration,using the complementary of knowledge and skills among members.The knowledge collaboration organizations of industry-university-research collaborative innovation are diverse,but mainly in the form of innovative teams as to carry out collaborative innovation activities.Nowadays China's economy,science and technology and education are developing rapidly,However,the development of China's science,technology,education and economy have not been closely integrated due to various reasons.China's industry lacks innovative power and its innovation resources are not fully utilized,which hinders China's steps to construct an inno,vative country.The emergence of industry-university-research provides guidance for the rational use and allocation of resources in China,effectively promoting the management,use and innovation of knowledge,the transformation of scientific research results,and improves China's research and innovation capabilities.Knowledge collaboration in innovation team is a complex process that involves the activities of the subject,knowledge factors will affect the collaboration effect,thus to explore the influence factors of team knowledge collaboration is very important,can help members get a higher degree of satisfaction in the process of knowledge collaboration and better knowledge collaboration effect,and improve our country's whole innovative abilityThis thesis takes industry-university-research collaborative innovation teams as the object of study,and relies on the collaborative innovation center which was jointly built by industry-university-research institutes in order to study the knowledge collaboration of teams.It also used the knowledge collaboration theory and team effectiveness theory as the basic theories.Based on the results of worldwide relating researches,the thesis proposed hypothetical relationship between variables,and constructed the model of knowledge collaborative factors of industry-university-research collaborative innovation team.Through empirical analysis,The author studied the relationship between collaboration subject,object,media and environmental factors,team interaction and knowledge synergy.This thesis refers to the mature scale design questionnaire of domestic and foreign scholars,and sent questionnaire links through the mailbox as to collect a total of 212 valid questionnaires for analysis.The empirical analysis uses SPSS24.0 and AMOS21.0 software to perform the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation model on the collected sample data to verify the hypothesis and model.This thesis summarizes the factors of how the input factors in the knowledge collaboration process influence the collaboration of knowledge through the process factors of team interaction.In the end,this thesis discusses the research results and puts forward suggestions and research shortcomings to improve the collaborative efficiency of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation teams. |
