With the rapid development of global economy,Company FC has taken only a little more than ten years to flourish since startup,under the good domestic situation and unique industrial advantage.But at the same time,Company FC is facing a hidden problem that cannot be ignored,that is to improve the awareness of the importance of HR management,if it wants to maintain the core competitiveness.As a financial IT business company,the scope of which focuses mainly on the financial field,this cross-industry characteristics means that scientific and reasonable personnel training has become an important way to strengthen FC's human resources management.This paper first introduces some cases of FC's current human resource management,which reflects the current problems in new staff training,training demands analysis and staff's working enthusiasm.Through literature analysis,the author learns the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the personnel training,and paves the way for the later research.After the use of questionnaires and interviews,the reasoning of the problem was found through analysis: the company lacks attention in the human resources management,especially in staff training,there were detailed demand analysis before training,and the training system is not well established and so on.In the end,the author helped the Company FC to find out some solutions,and pointed out that FC should proceed from the following three aspects:(1)to increase the training of new employees and establish a complete new staff training procedure;(2)to pay attention to training demands analysis and be well prepared;(3)to establish a sound training system to ensure that the training can be completed satisfactorily.Through the author's research,it is hopeful to help FC companies to establish a scientific and rational personnel training system,training backbone personnel,and to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
