The conventional electronic components distributors play a key role as a bridge which connects the end customers as well as original production enterprises. Distributors not only sell electronic components to the end users, offer the payment cycle as well as related support, but also show the upstream producers tremendous cash flow which could help upstream production companies to focus on product development and to grasp the pulse of the market.However, nowadays, especially in the era of big data opening to the traditional electronic components agents and trading company, the situation brings subversive challenges. It is widely believed that how to develop breakthroughs in the era of big data transformation, create a new business model, maintain a consistent pace of the industry for traditional electronic components agents and trading companies has great realistic significance.Based on the research of J electronics company's internal and external environment, this article try to find out the key competitive factors of J electronics company as well as the company's strategy by using the strategic management tools such as EFE?IFE Matrix. This article also explores the resources and capabilities of J electronics company which could figure out the future strategic decisions. In addition, details of strategy implementation and risks that J electronics company probably bears are totally highlighted in this article.
