Research On The Dynamic, Path And Pattern Of The Development Of Villages And Towns In Jianghan Plain In The Background Of SDIIUAM

To promote the Synchronous Development of Industrialization, Information Technology,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization( SDIIUAM) is a major national strategy in the new period. Integration of urban and rural areas and promote rural development has also become the key point of New Urbanization. Hubei province, as the core in the central area of china, the economic and social development of it has always been difficult to enter the forefront of our country. One of the main reasons is the imbalance of economic and social development in Hubei province and the urban-rural dual structure. Located in the central Hubei, Jianghan Plain, which plays an important role in economic and food in China, is the cradle of farming civilization. However, the resistance is more and more big on rural development by the traditional farming. Therefore, the acceleration development of villages and towns in Jianghan plain contributes greatly to the whole province and plays a decisive role to narrow the urban-rural dual structure and to solve the "three rural issues".Four parts strut the main frame of this paper.The first part starts with a thorough investigation of both document and quantitative analysis. Sorts out the current situation in 12 counties and 154 villages and towns at four dimensions—Population Agglomeration, Industrial Structure, Space Layout and Facilities. Finding out the main problems of the current situation and exploring the root of them.The second part based on the perspective of SDIIUAM, jumping out of the framework of Synergy theory. Take SDIIUAM as the main force of the economic and social development of villages and towns. To make it clear that the key point of the development of villages and towns is the rural areas and the fundament of the harmony in urban and rural is the peasants. Therefore, the author puts forward The SDIIUAM- Dynamic Mechanism of cluster and transfer based on the modernization of Agriculture.The third part is the path of the development of villages and towns in Jianghan plain. Based on the current situation, the SDIIUAM dynamic mechanism and the key words of New Urbanization, the author puts forward the path of population agglomeration based on “people oriented”, the path of the industry development based on “production integration of the city”, the path of the space optimization based on “function first” and the path of facilities based on “The equalization of urban and rural”.There are four species of villages and towns in Jianghan plain, namely Agriculture Industrialization, Industrial Cluster, Tourism and The combination of Industry and Trade villages and towns. At the fourth part, the author puts forward the universal model of the development of villages and towns based on SDIIUAM and the different modes of the four types of villages and towns.
