On The Industrial Cooperation In Jianghan Plain

Jianghan Plain is located in the middle part of Hubei Province,which is one of the three Great Plains in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Before the reform and opening up,the economic development level of Jianghan Plain was once leading in Hubei province’s economic development.However,with the beginning of reform and opening up and deepening,affected by the rapid development of the eastern coastal areas and the western development policy,the production factors of the central region have been constantly flowing to the two sides,eventually led to “the collapse of the middle part”.Considering Hubei province,the collapse of the Jianghan Plain leads to the lack of vitality of the regional economy,which restricts the development of the economy and the improvement of the overall competitiveness of Hubei province.This paper starts from the theories related to the cooperation of regional industry.It combines with the basic situation of the city development in Jianghan Plain region,study in the area of each city in agriculture,industry and service industry from three aspects of the development of key area of cooperation by calculating the location quotient measure coefficient,industrial isomorphism,city economic contact intensity method.Then it analysis the economic relation between their own advantages and disadvantages of each city in agriculture,industry and service industry cooperation and mutual analysis,points out the problems in agriculture,industry and services industrial cooperation of each city.Finally,it puts forward suggestions to deepen cooperation industry in Jianghan Plain.The full text is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.First elaborates the research background and significance of the research,then reviews the literature review at home and abroad,summarizes the research status of Industrial Cooperation(integration)on the issue of revitalization and Jianghan Plain,finally describes on the research contents and methods and the innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter is the related theory of regional industrial cooperation,cooperation of regional advantage theory,industrial cluster and industrial transfer theory,based on the theory of regional economic growth and regional economic integration theory in detail.The third to five chapters are the research on the development and cooperation respectively in agriculture,industry and service industry in Jianghan Plain.They first introduce the overall situation of agriculture,industry,service industry develop foundation and each city’s agriculture,industry and service industry development status in Jianghan Plain.Then elaborate the advantage of cooperation,analyze the key area of cooperation by calculating method of location quotient,coefficient,and industrial isomorphism city economic relation intensity,finally point out the problems of agriculture,industry and service industry cooperation.The sixth chapter is to deepen industrial cooperation of Jianghan Plain.It mainly starts from several aspects such as the definition of city function,the steady promotion of industrial integration,the innovation of regional coordination mechanism,the establishment of a diversified investment and financing mechanism,the undertaking of industrial transfer demonstration zone construction,and the establishment of talent sharing and incentive mechanism.At last puts forward some suggestions on industrial cooperation in Jianghan Plain.
