A Study With A Scentific Conception Of Development On The Safety Of Drinking Water In Jianghan Plain

Jianghan Plain, although with abundant water resource, is still facing with a very serious safety problem of drinking water. According to new assessment standard, ten of the representative counties in the Jianghan Plain has less than 30% population are drinking safe water or basically safe water, which more than 70% population are drinking unsafe water. Through a investigation to the situation of safe drinking water in the countries of Jianghan Plain, this dissertation analyses the existing problems, and try to finds out, with a scientific view, that the safety problem of drinking water is resulted from incorrect developing notion, improper developing modes, blocked relations between different developing factors and inappropriate management. On the basis of this analysis, countermeasures are proposed from aspects of transferring developing notion to focusing on manpower, strengthen project management, upgrade developing modes, drive sustainable development on water resource, as well as safety ensuring for drinking water in the countries, which enriches research theories and methods for drinking water safety in the countryside.It is structured with five parts. The first part is an introduction, which put asserts the problems of drinking water safety in the countryside, and in addition, the research situation at home and abroad;the second part studies the problems of water safety with a scientific conception of development, and analyses the development of the problem and other relative problems as well as the direction of scientific conception of development to the current problems;the fourth part provide solution to it on the basis of scientific conception of development;the fifth part is a conclusion, which make a conclusion to the whole dissertation and also points out the weak points.
