Sustained and rapid development of China's economy and accelerate the pace of urbanization, the real estate industry is developing rapidly. In 2013, the national real estate development and investment is 118,809.40 billion yuan, an increase of 19.81%. Real estate has become an important force driving economic growth, and occupy an important position in the national economy. Real estate as a high-risk, high investment, high-return capital-intensive industry, support its development is inseparable from the funds, so financing is critical to the ability of real estate companies, from the current development of China's real estate business point of view, there are many real estate financing needs areas for improvement, financing needs to optimize and improve.With house prices rising in recent years, the state issued a series of real estate control policies. Financing of real estate enterprises have become more prominent, and some real estate corporate finance blocked, the existence of real estate financing channels for a single financial market environment, and other issues related to the policy is not perfect, so a lot of real estate enterprises have the risk of funding strand breaks.
