When we are in the 21 century, with the economic development and vari able circumstances, the living environment of enterprises is more and more hard,and the competition more and more fierce. In this situation, as companies want to go ahead, they must have their own core-abilities. Among them, technology i s the most important one. Since it's more and more difficult to innovate in tech nology, the need for R&D network organization is urgent.In R&D network organization, the organization structures of its members pla y an important role for its creative ability and innovation corporations. However,the traditional company's organizational structures don't fit to R&D network org anization. So this thesis was written for solving organizational structure innovatio n problems in network R&D companies. The first chapter describes the backgrou nd, meanings, content, research methods and innovation points. The second chapt er summarizes the definition, characteristics and types of R&D network organizat ion, company organizational structure and interface management through others th esis. The third chapter analyses the present organizational situation of companies in network R&D organizations, including problems and reasons for that. The fort h chapter sorts interfaces of company organizational structure into horizontal inter faces, vertical interfaces and inclined interfaces by scholar's theory. This research find problems of company organizational structures in that three aspects and the n build a theoretical model for solving that. The fifth chapter makes organization al structure innovations for network R&D companies according to different types and innovation rules. Then this research use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation me thod and empirical study verify the innovation results. The sixth chapter provides some safeguard mechanisms for protecting the organizational structure innovation to be built. I hope thesis can be a good help to those who want to change the ir organizational structure in network R&D organizations.
